Brodie began his career working alongside his older brother, completing his carpentry apprenticeship while gaining practical experience across a wide range of residential projects — from renovations and extensions to new home builds. After years on the tools refining his craft, he established B Ward Constructions with a clear goal: to create a Brisbane building company known for quality workmanship, reliability and honest service.

Today, the business has come full circle. Brodie now mentors his younger brother through his own carpentry apprenticeship as part of the growing team. It’s a true family operation — grounded in shared values, hard work, and pride in every project delivered.
